I started Running Explained because I got tired of feeling like I was doing everything wrong.

Like so many runners, I spent years thinking I wasn’t fast enough, strong enough, or tough enough. I blamed myself when things didn’t work—when I got injured, burned out, or couldn’t hit the paces.

But the truth? It wasn’t me.
And it’s not you, either.

Most runners are handed training plans with zero context and told to just "try harder." That ends here.

I built Running Explained to change the story. To give you the tools, the support, and the knowledge to train in a way that works for your body, your life, and your goals. You’re not doing it wrong. You’ve just been missing the right foundation.
