I started Running Explained because I got tired of feeling like I was doing everything wrong.
Like so many runners, I spent years thinking I wasn’t fast enough, strong enough, or tough enough. I blamed myself when things didn’t work—when I got injured, burned out, or couldn’t hit the paces.
But the truth? It wasn’t me.
And it’s not you, either.
