Most runners train for the Marathon and wing everything else. We've got you covered!
The TCS New York City Marathon is hard to run and harder to navigate. You get to the start on Staten Island, find your corral, wait around, and then take on five boroughs and a handful of bridges. Runners who treat race morning and the course like a flat road race usually find out the truth around mile 20.
The good news is that this race is predictable. Once you know all the logistics pre-race, where to go race morning, what to carry, and where the course decides your day, you can plan around it instead of reacting to it.
